This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders. Please review it carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

UK Standard Delivery

  • Cost: £3.99 (Free for orders over £50)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

UK Express Delivery

  • Cost: £6.99

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

International Delivery

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier delays or factors beyond our control.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly using the courier’s website link provided in your email.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all major cities and regions within the United Kingdom.

  • International shipping is available to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.


5. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are determined by your local customs office.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us at halogemsupport@gmail.com and we’ll assist in tracking your parcel.

If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund for the order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Halo Gem is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.


7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is marked as a pre-order or backorder, we will provide an estimated dispatch date.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.


8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at halogemsupport@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
