Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.”

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

3. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at halogemsupport@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
